The house was a wonderful escape for my family. We were able to connect with family in the area and had a wonderful time there. The pool and jacuzzi were a wonderful way to have fun and relax together. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook while we were there. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

we really enjoyed the house. it was clean and very spacious. the pool and outside was perfect. it is about a 30 minute drive to broadway so just keep that in mind. overall a good house if you want to relax and then go into downtown area

I rented this home as a staff retreat. I also rented this home for the same retreat last year. We love the pool, hot tub, layout, and accessibility to the Harpeth River.

My husband booked this place from 6/9 til 6/14. It says in the amenities there's a screened in hot tub.its there but it's broke won't work.so they bought another one and put it outside it was impossible for people of my age to climb in
No toilet paper.owner had to go to dollar general and get some.remotes for tvs upstairs wouldn't work so no tv.tried to use grill it was nothing but grease and food.we cleaned it our self.but there was so much grease under it that when we tried to use it it caught on fire and the food we tried to make got soaked with salt and water trying to get the fire out.i made dinner in the kitchen couldn't make what I wanted to cause there was a mixer with one beater.kids was scared to swim after dark cause we swam with frogs lizards and bates flying around your head.i know that's nature.but we didn't schedule a nature trip.it was a vacation.we bought a week's worth of food for 12 people what we didn't throw out cause we couldn't cook or got ruined on the grill we bought a cooler with ice.we even left a 5lb bag of unopened French fries in the feezer.in the end we paid 3200 to stay at this place.4 people in our party left after the first couple days very upset.its not a place for kids.fire place in living room doesn't work but after all this we got refunded 150.00.what a joke!Don't go through this place for rentals.ty .
