This place is a true gem. You could sit on the couch all day and just watch the ocean and its occasional critter. The town is the definition of quaint coastal town and makes a perfect home base to explore the surrounding parks.
Not a single complaint from our group on this house! All the amenities are there. 10/10.

Fantastic. House was beautiful and well-appointed with every cooking appliance you could want. pool table was fun. Beds were all comfortable and showers had great pr4rssure. great location right on the ocean! highly recommend.

For the hefty price this house needs some serious cleaning and TLC. Graffiti on the rocks below the house spoils the view. We never would have thought we would have to look at graffiti from a VRBO home at this price and of course it is not shown in the photos!
Our first impression when going into the home from the garage door access was dirt and grime and a bunch of dead bugs right in the doorway into the home! The tile floors inside had puddles of water, so it appeared that someone mopped yet the floor was still dirty, and we had to clean up the puddles as to not track water around. Small fir needles and dirt were on the wood staircase and in the upstairs bedroom. The very large glass range hood was dusty, and grime covered. This hood is a major focal point and shocking that cleaning it was overlooked! Every bar stool chair was dirty with crumbs as was the 2-tiered wire stand with used napkins full of crumbs. The glass turntable in the microwave was missing, several knives in the knife block were put away dirty. The cover on the pool table had strands of a previous guest hair as well as dust. Common sense hygiene rules are not followed: There is a toothbrush caddy in the bathroom with old paste and gunk in it (not that we would even think of using it) but if you provide one-clean it. The dining table has place mats that you cannot launder. After you pay your full dues, you are informed that you have to strip the beds sheets but not the blankets or bedspread which implies they are not laundered between guests. The downstairs master bath shower floor is moldy.
Most of the window blinds are dirty and need of replacement. The master bedroom blind is torn. The 2 love seats are in need of replacement-saggy and uncomfortable. We were more than disappointed in the lack of care in cleaning this home between guests.
