This is a cozy bungalow with nicely updated interior. It is only about a block off of busy Tamiami but you would not know it. It is very quiet and comfortable. It has a small but peaceful back deck. The neighborhood looks inviting though we did not have time to hang out. This is quick access to Siesta Key. Recommend without reservation.

This was a great little 2 bed 2 bath house. Locationally speaking it was great to be about 15 mins away from the beach. Walt's Fish Market is within walking distance which is a must go. Publix is close as well. Siesta Key beaches white sand doesn't get hot on your feet which is something worth checking out as well. Only reason for 4/5 stars is because bed numbers in pictures differed upon arrival. This has since been updated according to host. I would recommend this place to anyone looking.

The house is in a great location and is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It has a lot of potential and offers many conveniences for guests.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our experience. Cleanliness was a major concern. We found items that appeared to have been left behind by previous guests, including dirty paper in one of the bathrooms. There were also multiple areas of the house that clearly had not been properly cleaned or maintained.
Another significant issue was the presence of cockroaches. We saw cockroaches every day during our stay, which was very unpleasant.
In addition, the sleeping arrangements were not as advertised. The listing states that one bedroom has a queen bed and another bedroom has two full-size beds. However, the second bedroom actually had one full-size bed and one twin-size bed. This discrepancy may be important for families or groups planning their sleeping arrangements.
With better cleaning, improved pest control, and a more accurate listing description, this property could provide a much better experience. As it stands, these issues had a negative impact on our stay.
