Location is great. Plenty of room for our large family. Loved the pools. You can walk to Siesta Key Beach. Will definitely return here.

The building & unit are quite lovely although the a/c unit for the apartments was out due to the hurricanes making the unit quite uncomfortable during the day. Once the cooler evening breeze came and with the addition of two Dyson air coolers from the owners it was manageable. The use of the outdoor BBQ and common room (which had a/c) also provided some relief. Amazing location, great pool, very friendly tenants and very responsive owners. Once A/C units are repaired this home away from home is a true treasure. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of bedding & towels as well as beach umbrellas & chairs.

The place was awesome, you were able to notice the time and effort that was put in it to make it comfortable for others. It's close to the beach and a walk from the village which should be visited during the evening. We were told that there was construction going on but we did not hear any noise, so we were not bothered by it. The pool was great and they have gas grills, and they also have the lighter and utensils you might need. They looked clean but I didn't see anyone cleaning them while we were there. One thing is that they don't have any chairs to sit on while you cook or to enjoy your meals while the kids play in the pool. You are not allowed to take out the chairs from the pool area. During our stay, everything was calm and quiet, except one day when someone was playing in the stairs and we could hear them in the bedroom with the sofa/bed. Overall, we would recommend this place and we would rent again.
