We had a great trip with our 3 children and four grandchildren. The house was very comfortable for all of us and everyone enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. It was easy for us to get to Bryson City to ride the Polar Express.
The home owner is very friendly and accommodating.

We were a family of ten (6 adults/4 teenagers) and it was more than spacious for us. We had a fantastic stay. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We used the fire pit inside and outside, and the jacuzzi is definitely a must. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is it. You don’t really see anyone around. Few things to consider: driveway is very steep; we had a lot of lady bugs inside, but it didn't bother us; upstairs is pretty warm - make sure to adjust the thermostat. I would go grocery shopping before getting to the house. Overall, house was homey and beautiful.

Wonderful cabin! Plenty of room for 9 people to spread out. Lots of little private spaces. The porch is FABULOUS! Very clean and well-stocked cabin.
Upstairs bathroom had a bad smell, apparently from the well water, but that was the only problem.
Definitely recommend!

This house was amazing and quiet/peaceful. We would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the view, the fire pit, hot tub, foosball, ping pong, porch swing, fire flies, comfortable mattresses, and the fact that the house was fully stocked when we arrived. We only had to bring food/drink. There are deer at the end of the road (around 8:20am). The driveway is definitely steep but it's all part of the mountain-living way of life. Driving is always exciting around the twists and turns! There's a grocery store not far from the cabin. "Downtown" Bryson City offers a few restaurants and breweries. We also had fun tubing, rafting, zip lining, hiking, horseback riding, and visiting Cherokee and the National Park.....all within 20-30 mins. Prior to our 4pm check-in, we golfed at Sequoia, which is also very nice.
