Sky View - Luxury Mountain Golf Home

The view was amazing. Quiet spot, but located within reasonable distance to restaurants and activities. Felt like the owners really cared that you enjoyed your stay.

Absolutely nothing.

Great house, the road to it leads partly through a Golf Course and is a bit steep at some times but no problem even in rain. It just takes a while from the gate to get to the house, which is in a very quite spot and offers very beautiful views that make you understand the term "Smokey Mountains". We stayed there with two families and there were enough space and amenities (photos are very accurate). The garage offers a pool table and other games. The owners' are preparing the installation of a hot tub on the porch (unfortunately not ready when we were there). It is no problem to park even 2-3 big cars at the house and turn them on property, we had two. There are neighbors but you cannot really see the houses. There was a bit of construction going on at one neighbors house which you could hear from the porch one day but not from inside the house. Shopping is a 20-25 minutes one-way drive to Bryson City and back (Ingles Markets at the western end, south of the river, has a big selection of things). However, great activities in the region are easy to reach (within 30-40 minutes), were were in the National Park at the Visitor's Center, we did rafting, tubing and the Cherokee museum. Unfortunately, we did not find time to use the common pool area of the Club but we checked it out and it seemed great, like on the photos. Getting into the house was easy, you get clear instructions before you arrive. Departure was also easy with clear instruction before check-out.

I like the mountain top view and the privacy. The cabin inside was exactly as presented when advertised on app but the pool was misleading as it was no where near the cabin had to drive 10 minutes to get to it.

The pool was too far away and hidden took me several days to find it. No signs indicating where pool is. The jacuzzi bath only had 2 jets that worked. I see there was a hot tub still packaged in game room would have been nice to have had it set up especially since the pool was so far away.
