We had a great stay at this property. It was just as advertised and we had no issues. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, which we really appreciated! All was comfortable, and we really enjoyed the beautiful view of the yard and lake. Ski access was easy once we figured out the shuttle system. We’d definitely stay again.

My wife and kids and I came to stay for five nights to ski four days at Beaver Creek. Location was ideal to catch the shuttle to take you to Avon station to grab the gondola to take you to beaver Creek base area. I had a great time beautiful clean home would definitely recommend a stay.

We stayed at the above location for the month of March. It served our needs very well - i.e. lots of room for two people, well equipped kitchen with good working appliances, newer remodelled kitchen, good washer and dryer, comfortable bed and linens and homey atmosphere.
The location facing the lake and on the park with a short walk into town or the bus stop was ideal.
We felt it was very good value for the price. The building is somewhat old with stairs we avoided to enter the building as they are slippery and at an odd angle. Dangerous for anyone older, but this is noted in the add. There is an alternate walkway to enter the unit.
Having said that, the caretaker was diligent in keeping the snow removed from the walkways and keeping it as safe as possible, but I feel the stairs need to be dealt with.
Overall, a good experience for us.
