Spacious 3rd floor (w/ elevator), 2-bedroom / 2-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony with gas BBQ grill.
There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed in and 2 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.
Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.
At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

A little hot during afternoons. Could use some
Ceiling fans. TVs are small. Had to have two fixed. Minor maintenance issues. Pots and pans not good. Elevator helped with stairs for packages. Good laundry machines. Not much view but beautiful park steps from condo. Loved the pool and hot tubs. Management was helpful and kind

The information on the site accurately described the rental. On arrival the plumbing in master bath room had some issues, although I quickly fixed the problem.
There was a gas grill listed as an amenity and I verified that the unit had one, as we were planning to grill.
The grill had not been cleaned and after firing it up, a grease fire occurred. I turned off the gas grill and we had to change our dinner plans after we all had settled in for the evening. The pool was heated as well as both hot tubs, but not sure how often the pool or the hot tubs are cleaned. Probable should called the front desk for additional towels. Jake from the MANAGEMENT OFFICE called the evening before our check out to ask how our stay had been, I expressed my above list of things, and asked about late a check out, he stated that we should check out no later than 10 am and earlier if we could as the maid service needed to get the room cleaned for a new reservation. I probable will look for another property in the future.
