This place was the perfect spot for home base on AMI. Convenient beach access only a couple blocks away, great views from the back deck, plenty of space for my family of 5 (the access to trundle beds is a nice touch).

We absolutely loved our stay!! We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise in the morning from the porch and Amazing Sunsets just a short walk to the beach. The Townhome was very clean and comfortable. Very relaxing and quiet. We will be back!!

We had a great trip even though cut short due to Helene. The stairs were a little much for unpacking and packing. We would suggest making electric recliners workable. This would have been great after a long day on beach. Overall, we loved the condo and had a great time. Delis ious food and tge friendliest people ever.

This location was very convenient to the beach and a small park for both our children and dog (should we have brought her). For future renters I have put together a quick list of pro's and cons to help in your future decision.Pro's - Location obviously. Also, the unit was decorated well, loved the beach amenities as well as the awesome porch both up top and the shared location near the grill below the unit. The kitchen was stocked with a lot of goodies - coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans. There were even a lot of glasses, bowls and plates all in great shape. No shortage of any of this. The washer and dryer were clean and looked very new. The roll away beds were amazing, very comfortable and easy to use. There were extra bath towels as well as a few quilts, which was also great. Bar soap, dishwasher soap and one extra paper towel, toilet paper was provided.Con's - Trekking up 3 flights of stairs is treacherous with all the things (we were in the top unit). There is no elevator. The lighting at night coming down the stairs was challenging and you really have to watch your footing. Many of the actual posts in the railing came right out if you accidentally grabbed them (as well as some of the post caps). It's like they were cut too short, I'd be very careful if you have toddlers. We had squeaky water, in both our bathrooms and in the kitchen. Beach amenities are shared so they were all gone one day. Squeaky sounds when you use the water or flush the toilets - was at random. We had nails hung without a picture in the master bedroom, and the carpet needs a clean in the LR. The grill downstairs didn't have a usable fire starter and it wasn't great, I'd replace this if it was up to me. Needs more hand towels, and the ones we had had multiple stains on them. There are specific instructions to NOT change the fridge and freezer temperatures but both bottom drawers froze my veggies and fruits and I had to throw them all away. If you leave things on the shelf you are fine. Some tupperware in the unit would be nice, we did cook a bunch but then had nothing to store food in, so bring your own or buy ziplock bags. My biggest complaint is the King bed. When you are away to vacation you really want a comfortable bed to slide into at night. Well, not this one. Thought it was legitimately a board with a 2 inch foam topper on it, idk? We didn't have any extra trash bags, laundry soap or shampoo / body soap so make sure you bring some.
