We enjoyed our stay! The stairs were tough on the older folks, but the younger ones handled them fine.

Newly renovated, clean, and fantastic! Huge bedrooms, kitchen, and living area. Fit 10 people easily. Decent sized backyard for lawn games and fire pit. huge tree in front of house that blocks 75% of lake view from the house's two decks, but heard from a neighbor that it may be coming down this year. Gas grill is great but tank of grill was empty when we go there. Grass was 6-8 inches long on a Saturday when we arrived, and I had to borrow a weed-eater (yes!) from neighbor to cut half the yard or we could play games and light a fire. Agent responded to all texts quickly and apologized and was to come out twice, but the other half still wasn't cut a week later when we left. Agent said cutting grass is HOA's responsibility but regardless, agent should make sure grass is cut weekly whether HOA does it or not, especially at this price point. The dock is a walkway and a small platform, big enough for 2-3 people to fishing/sunbath and a kayak, but no boat. Marine is very close to rent one so no big deal there. Definitely recommend the house, management just needs to cross T's and dot I's a little better.

This house is great! The beds were comfortable, the rooms were big, and the open concept kitchen/living/dining room was the perfect place to gather! We loved the sunset views from the balcony and enjoyed spending time on the private dock right in the back yard. Our kids loved the playground in the park that is a few minutes’ walk from the house. There are also some great restaurants in the area! We will definitely be staying here again!
