About this house rental
Beautiful spacious home. Gorgeous sunsets. 110 ft of lakefront, assuring plenty of privacy. Lots of parking (5 cars in driveway and more across st.). 3br. 2.5 ba. Sleeps up to 12. See the lake from every room in the house! Main level has large Living/Dining room overlooking the lake, with 48" flat screen TV, kitchen with dishwasher, mudroom with washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms, and a full bath. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and overlooks the lake. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and also has lake views. Upstairs is a HUGE bedroom suite which also overlooks the lake. This bedroom has 2 queen beds, a futon, and a half bath. The downstairs is a big family room which also overlooks the lake and has a fridge, pool table, table w/6 seats, full bath, second seating area, including a 32" TV, & pull-out sofa. From the downstairs, walk out to a large deck with lots of seating. 2 Kayaks, a Canoe, and many life-jackets are included with the rental. There's a long dock with plenty of space if you're bringing a boat (dock available May 15- Oct 15). Good water depth with large swimming area as well. There are 2 firepits outside, a gas grill & a picnic table. A short drive to Eagle Crest & Deer Run Wineries, Minnehans Fun Center, lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, and more.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful cottage. The dock is very stable. Check in was easy. The house was very clean and had everything you need for a fantastic vacation. The sunsets were stunning. Tons of positives about this spacious cottage. The ONLY negative - it would be nice if there was an umbrella fastened to the deck railing as the deck is in the sun all afternoon and we all had to huddle under the one umbrella at the table.
