Our family stayed here for Spring Break, and the layout worked very well for us. The two queen bedrooms and the room with four bunks were perfect for our family. We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen and living room, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Guests should note that you enter and climb a flight of stairs to reach the living quarters (as shown in the listing photos).
The location was excellent for our trip. The proximity to Roaring River State Park, Table Rock Lake, and Crystal Bridges Museum of Art made it a great home base for exploring. We loved spending the day out and returning to a comfortable place to unwind in the evening.
The kitchen made it easy to cook meals together, and we enjoyed playing games, watching movies, and relaxing—exactly why we prefer VRBO stays over hotels. We also enjoyed walking down to the lake, and in warmer seasons we would likely spend even more time there. Our day at Roaring River State Park was a highlight of the trip.
Overall, this was a great value for our family and a comfortable place to stay.

Check in was easy. Owner was readily available for our concerns. The house is in a private area. Has beautiful view of the lake.

Needs some work done before I would recommend this property to anyone mainly with the main bath. Also lots of spider and bugs in the house.
