Location on the lake in a cove off a cove was excellent. The dock had one PWC dock and another slip available for use so it accommodated both of our PWCs. There were two sets of wet steps and a jump platform. You’ll want to bring your own Lily pad since the ducks have taken over the owner’s Lily pad! Boat launch ramp is very close by car and water. A marina for gas was just outside the cove so very convenient. The neighbors were awesome, going out of their way to be helpful and friendly.
The house was very spacious and beds were comfortable except the sheets in the master bedroom were a little itchy for me. If you are sensitive about your sheets, easy solution is to bring a set of your own. There were a lot of flies and other bugs but that may just be the part of the country. Fly swatters were provided and we had interior bug spray we used so it wasn’t a major problem.
The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. There was a lot of empty cabinet space so we could put our food and supplies away rather than cluttering up the counters. Appliances were good although sometimes the water dispenser on the refrigerator wouldn’t dispense water.
The bathrooms were adequate. The downstairs shower was a little small but good water pressure and enough hot water. The upstairs full bathroom could use a remodel. The tub looks a bit dirty but it’s really because the tub was painted, which doesn’t work for a tub so the paint was coming off, exposing the original almond color. The 1/2 bathroom vanity was very small so you couldn’t put much on it. There was room for a standalone set of shelves or cabinet so I recommend that be added so the bathroom can be more functional.
The house was very pet friendly but a gate at the entrance to the dock would have been helpful.
The Evolve team provided the wrong door code and internet access information but the owner responded quickly with the correct information. The internet also had an issue that had to be resolved by the service provider but again the owner responded quickly as did the service provider.
Overall a great stay, a nice property, and excellent response by owner.

Central to everything we wanted to do.
It was great to wake up and enjoy coffee on the deck while the kids slept n downstairs.
Pet friendly.

House was average. Dishwasher was broke. Worst part was no gas grill even though listing shows a gas grill.
