The home was exactly as advertised. It was in a very quiet area but only a 5-10m drive to all the restaurants and shops in Flagler Beach. My kids played on the beach and fished and loved every minute. The house has everything you need including fishing rods, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. so no need to haul all your stuff with you. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. Bill, the owner, is the best and makes sure you have everything you need for a wonderful trip. His hospitality was above and beyond any other rental property we have stayed. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

This house is very spacious,clean, comfortable & best of all ON the BEACH. close to food & shopping. Even though it was bike week it didn't seem over crowded. The owner sounds very nice & fun. Would definitely go back.

We had the absolute best time staying here. The house had everything you could think of, you could literally show up with the clothes on your back and have everything you need. The beach was lovely and I really appreciated how close the house was to all of the restaurants in the area. This was my 3rd time staying in Flagler Beach and I can confidently say this was our best experience yet. Thank you for everything!

Needs a lot of work. There is a lot of junk laying around and we found ourselves spending a lot of time trying to fix things. House has potential but needs more investing and TLC. The lock on the front door does not work and we had to leave the property through the garage. Bills very nice and had just put in a new tv but my parents don’t hear well so we had to spend some time trying to get it to CC. Decking area needs a lot of work as well. Outdoor grill is so filthy it is not worth trying to use and there was plywood propped up and laying around that was from the contractor putting some kind of enclosure around it. It’s perfectly located right on the beach so that was a plus. Only one high chair safe to use at the kitchen bar because the only other one was rusted out and broken. Bed are comfy but master bed is very loud when you try to get in and out and no we’re not fat it’s just a bad frame. New windows as advertised but waterfall/little pond in front landscape does not work…motor broke? The frogs still live in there and sweetly croak at night. I’d still come back and probably will that is, if Bill isn’t too mad over this review! He needs to be more hands on with this property but may just be buying his time until he can sell for a profit. Again, it’s ok there and I’d go back. But when you’re on vacation you don’t want to fool with house issues…
