Perfect for families, couples, and friends traveling together, this first-floor condo gives everyone room to spread out while keeping you close to everything that makes Flagler Beach special. Start your morning with ocean views, spend the day on the beach or by the pool, and end the evening watching the sunset over the Intracoastal.
COASTAL LIVING WITH OCEAN VIEWS
Step inside to approximately 1,749 square feet of bright, comfortable living space. The open living and dining area provides plenty of room to gather after a day at the beach, with large windows bringing in natural light and views toward the Atlantic.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and everything you need for meals at home. A traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig are provided for easy vacation mornings.

Prefer the pool? Relax at the community heated pool and spa overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. It's a beautiful spot to unwind after the beach and enjoy one of Florida's coastal sunsets. The pool and spa are maintained by the HOA. Seasonal temperatures and weather conditions may affect pool heating.
EXPLORE FLAGLER BEACH
Located just a few miles from the heart of Flagler Beach, you'll be close to locally owned restaurants, casual beach bars, shops, fishing, surfing, kayaking, golf, and miles of beautiful coastline.
Palm Coast is also nearby, and historic St. Augustine makes an easy day trip approximately 30 miles away.
PET-FRIENDLY
Up to two dogs under 50 pounds are welcome with the required pet fee and documentation. A non-refundable $150 pet fee applies. Dogs must be housebroken, and current rabies vaccination records are required. Dogs outside the stated limits require prior approval. No cats permitted.

THINGS TO NOTE
Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.
Guests are required to complete applicable guest verification and HOA documentation prior to arrival.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (10) at any time.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping
Parking: No more than two (2) vehicles allowed.
HOA: Guests will need to complete required HOA paperwork prior to arrival, which will be sent via DocuSign to your email.
Pets: If you are bringing a pet (dogs only) you will need to provide a copy of their most recent vaccination records.
Beach Nourishment Notice: Beach nourishment is currently planned along portions of the coastline, with a tentative timeframe beginning in late November 2026. No confirmed start date has been announced. Certain beach areas may be temporarily affected or closed while active work is underway. By booking, guests acknowledge that this work may occur during their stay.
IMPORTANT & REQUIRED: After booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through a trusted third-party provider. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

A very nice condo. Clean and well equipped. Just across the street from the beach. The pool and pool patio area is very clean and well maintained. The condo is just north of a friendly beach community with nice bars and restaurants. The condo staff was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The pool and hot tub were wonderful! And, the ocean right across the street was unbelievable. The condo was equipped with dishes, pots and pans, crockpot ; everything we needed for our month stay.

We had a great stay in the condo. The condo is right across the street from the beach. There is direct access to the beach right across from the street. The beach can be seen and heard from the porch.There is storage that has beach chairs and boogie boards to use. The pool and hot tub are fabulous.The condo had everything we needed.The area was quiet. We look forward to returning!!!

Our host was excellent and responded quickly with information I had requested - sometimes in a state of some panic, caused on my part.The condo was beautiful and spacious with the most lovely view of the beach from the roadside patio, where we enjoyed morning coffee and beautiful sunset view from the back patio, overlooking the pool.We would stay again, maybe with friends and/or family in the other two bedrooms. The Flagler Beach area has so much to offer!
