This place was NICE! The kitchen was stocked with everything a chef would ever need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal, even wine bottle openers & stoppers. A complete coffee station with all things coffee provided. Very clean and comfortable, cute nautical decor, spacious and quiet, 2 minutes from the ocean. And the service agent was perfect, answered texts and questions immediately, & checked in regularly. I LOVED this place, you will too.

It's our 3rd year staying here and we love it. Very convenient to local restaurants, the broad walk, and a short drive to other attractions. Comfortable living space, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need! Big washer and dryer is a plus! Close walk to the beach, the beach is beautiful, with excellent surf fishing. The condo's swimming pool is large and kept very clean.

Place was very much your quintessential beach condo: open kitchen/living area with some funky decor. Located very conveniently across the street from the beach access. Unfortunately our stay didn't make for great beach weather- chilly and very windy and the water was high enough that the beach was all of about 15ft wide. Canal St. actually flooded multiple times we were there.

Beds were soft, but maybe too much so- none of us slept very well
There was a consistent "dampness" in the place- towels and wet clothing never dried out when left out to dry. Could be an air filter problem or otherwise
However, all in all we'd probably stay again if only for a couple of days. A longer stay we'd look elsewhere.

This is a nice little cozy condo. It is on first floor which is nice you do have To go up some steps as the property sits on stilts but not too bad. Everything you could need is in the condo and there was a book that explained everything. The lady who manages the property Linda was very helpful! I love the little balcony and so did my dog. The location is the best part to me. You are so close to beach that even I could do it and I am not an a person who regularly exercises. On this end of Carolina beach it seemed less crowded. I preferred periwinkle beach access to clam shell but they are both good. If you have a wagon clam shell might be better. I loved this condo and area so much !
