Fantastic luxury boutique hotel on Gili Air. The villas, design, and overall atmosphere make you feel like you’re in a different world—very high standard and beautifully maintained. The attention to detail (e.g. complimentary bikes placed right at your villa) really sets it apart and reflects excellent, likely Swiss-style management.
Food and service are generally outstanding, and everything—from transfers to snorkeling trips—was perfectly organized. I would definitely stay here again.
A few minor notes: it’s not directly on the beach, there’s a nearby mosque (audible at times), and the quality of kitchen/service can vary slightly. The wine list could also be improved.
Overall, an exceptional stay with only small areas for improvement.
