    I stayed with my family for two nights and i had booked two rooms but the hotel did not provide water to us even after asking for it multiple times. Secondly we faced a lot of issues with regards to wifi on the day we checked in. On the day of our check out we requested the management if we can extend the stay for a couple of hours as our train was in the evening but they denied that as well and after discussing for a while they agreed to keep one room and extend the stay but they demanded full amount of 1600 rs which was very unreasonable for 2-3 hrs. Later they agreed to extend the stay for one hr. Only the bed and the washroom were clean but the rest of the room was very dirty because it had dust all over tables and tv set which was unhygienic for my kids. And for everything they kept blaming agoda for e.g they day wr checked in they asked me to show the confirmation receipt and when my wife asked why they don’t have it so they mentioned because the booking is from agoda we don’t get it. Then we requested to extend the stay they initially mentioned they cannot allow us to extend because our booking is from agoda so i don’t understand how different it is from mmt or go ibibo.Overall would not recommend this to anyone.
