The apartment is perfectly located for exploring Hastings Old Town but even though it's located just a few yards from the main shops, pubs and restaurants, it feels secure and private. We enjoyed all three of the outside areas... the nicely planted and shaded courtyard, morning coffee on the front decking and warm evenings on the roof....and never felt overlooked. We were a party of four adults and found the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing. The apartment is finished to a high standard and everything seems to have been thought of and provided. Highly recommended.

Inside and outside would have benefitted from a second pair of eyes to pick up on what housekeeping had missed. Finding a few crumbs and a sock left by the previous occupiers was amusing and no doubt a one off, but the chairs on the decking would have benefitted form having the build up of dead leaves brushed away. Very minor issues and the only reasons why the property didn't get 100% top marks.

It was a welcoming, clean and comfortable property. Lovely open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. Which made it good social area for friends to catch up.

Outside areas need a tidy up. Especially the path and lower garden area.

That we had to leave! No allocated parking but plenty of places to park nearby, so not a problem.

Stayed here on a work trip, the place was big enough for the three of us to have our own space, the log burner was a bonus as the weather was freezing so it was nice to come home to. The place was spotless and had everything you needed, attention to detail was second to none. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Fantastic ! Book it you wont be disappointed.
