The location was amazing. We loved sitting on the terrace in the evenings and looking out on the water.
The parking. They do have a parking spot and although I was able to get into the spot, neither the car parked next to me or I would be able to open our doors to get in/out of our vehicles. Thankfully the island car park is adjacent to the property and reasonable for a week’s rate.

Sehr schönes Appartement an top Lage in St Ives. - Parkplatz im Haus in der Tiefgarage - Ruhige Lage direkt am Porthmeor Beach - in 5 Minuten zu Fuss an der "Strandpromenade" in St Ives - Sicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang - Top ausgerüstetes Appartement - Sehr schön eingerichtet
Eigentlich nichts wesentliches. Man hätte vielleicht noch die Balkonscheiben und den Balkon putzen können, die waren voll mit Mövenkot.

Die Lage war einfach perfekt! Direkt am Strand, Nahe am Zentrum jedoch ruhig. Von der Dachterasse aus, könnte man das Meer sehen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war super, es war ein Parkplatz in der Garage vorhanden und die Zimmer waren sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Sollte man später als 22:00 Uhr anreist kann man sich den Haustürschlüssel nicht mehr holen, da die Eingangstore verschlossen sind. Ansonsten hat alles wunderbar gepasst.
