The location is really what this place is all about and is hard to beat and property benefits from uninterrupted harbour views from the lounge and the bedroom. Property is warm and well furnished.

The water temperature in the shower is not consistent, one min hot the next cold. The bathroom overall needs investment. A larger bed would be appreciated, the double provided is very small by today’s standards. The neighbouring property had issue with the outside light shining into their bedroom. They complained to agent and directly to us! There are outside stairs to property and a night these need to be lit as it’s very dark. Owner of property needs to provide a solution to this by either installing a motion sensor, switches at bottom and top of stairs or some suitable down lighting. We felt uncomfortable using the light as a result of this, especially after we came back one night to find a black bag over the light! Not the guests problem!
