Generalnie mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, czyste i zadbane. Brak zastrzeżeń do przebiegu zakwaterowania.
Mieszkanie znajduje się przy głośnej i ruchliwej ulicy wraz z przyjeżdżającymi często tramwajami, ale największym problemem są okna, które są mega nieszczelne, człowiek miał wrażenie że one są otwarte przez to z jaką intensywnością było słychać hałas z zewnątrz. Na minus również brak klimatyzacji oraz TV odbierające raptem dwa kanały i to w słabej jakości. Wiadomo że telewizor podczas wyjazdu nie jest sprawą priorytetową aczkolwiek wieczorem można byłoby coś obejrzeć gdyby faktycznie była taka możliwość jak widnieje w ogłoszeniu.
