Great location and spacious apartment. 8 faults pointed out and no offer to resolve them at all.
8 faults messaged to owner. No fan, No hot water in kitchen to wash up with. Lower pressure cold water in kitchen so filled kettle in bath room Many cooking items missing saucepan lid, sieve to drain rice and paste,No serving spoons to distribute food and other niggly issues. All very cheap to resolve

Very very small with very low ceilings. Difficult to get up and down the stairs with luggage.
