Great Villa with The Best Hosts

Everything was perfect. Any questions I had, I would send them a private message through WhatsApp and always received a quick response from hosts Made and Remmi. This Private villa is treated for mosquitos. The hosts cooked delicious breakfast every morning at your requested time, which also includes fresh coffee from coffee beans from their private garden next to villa. They also use filtered bottled water. I had scheduled to have a flower bath and floating breakfast on one of the days of my stay and a flower pool. The hosts went far and beyond expectations, ordering a Birthday cake and had balloons and flowers in the room for my wife's birthday. The hosts also helped with ordering dinner in the evenings to be delivered. They also helped with laundry service. We set out laundry in the morning and it was back same day by 6:00 pm We were unaware at the time, but we were told that Made is also a Licensed Private Driver and can be hired for an additional cost to take visitors to popular locations around Bali. My family enjoyed the stay and plan to return

The only minor negative if any was the sound of chickens in the area, which can be heard in the mornings.

The Villa is Run Down. There were lots of Ants all around in the bedrooms, Bathrooms and around the villa. Kitchen floor and units were dirty. Area outside swimming pool was dirty and needs good jet wash. Villa needs upgrading and refurbishment. It is a long walk from the main road as you have to go the Villa through alleyway. The owner did help us with the luggage. Difficult to walk through the alleyway specially when it rained. Not a good location.

The hosts are nice and friendly. The villa is beautiful and the room is big.

The location is a bit remote. Though the hosts provide the car drive and breakfast, the charging prices are higher than local price.

Great hosts

The location looks just like in the pictures, very lush and green. Everything was perfect: the villas, the private pool, the breakfast. The location was a little bit remote, but Made helped us with transportation and day trips. He also gave us very good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Reni, his wife, cooked us the best breakfast every morning, western and Indonesian food. We also had fresh fruits, coffee, tea, drinkable water in the kitchen and in the rooms. She also kept the accommodation very clean. The hosts also helped us with the laundry and Balinese massages for all of us at the location. They were very helpful and kind.

Due to the fact that the bathrooms are somehow outside, the toilet seat looked a little bit worn out. You should take into consideration that the alley from the main street to the villa is a little bit dark and when it rains there is mud.

Il faut le vivre pour le croire

Les hôtes nous attendaient à l'heure définie. Echanges par whatsap sur facile. L'endroit est paradisiaque et les hôtes sont extraordinaires. Un endroit hors du temps où on se sent chez soi. Le petit déjeuner, la cuisine, le transport, ils peuvent s'occuper de tout. Un énorme merci!!!

Il n'y a pas grand chose à dire. Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, les coqs ne sont pas bien réglés. Ils chantent à n'importe quelle heure.

Espectacular la casa y el trato al cliente por parte de los anfitriones, super atentos a todo y crean una hospitalidad como si estuvieras en tu casa. La villa está a unos 10 min en moto del centro de Ubud pero vale la pena por la paz y tranquilidad de la zona.

Rustgevende villa aan de voet van de Campuhan Ridge Walk

Een week lang voelden we ons helemaal thuis, mede dankzij de warme gastvrijheid van Madi en Reni. De villa werd tot in de puntjes onderhouden en Madi bleek niet alleen een fijne gesprekspartner, maar ook een waardevolle bron voor praktische tips gedurende ons verblijf. Het zwembad is prachtig aangelegd. Centraal, schoon en groot genoeg voor een verfrissende duik. De kamers zijn ruim, licht en hygiënisch. De badkamer beschikt over warm water dat binnen enkele seconden zonder gedoe uit de kraan stroomt. Dat is weleens anders op Bali! Voor wie houdt van privacy en rust, is dit dé plek om helemaal tot jezelf te komen. Een absolute aanrader!

Het gangpad van de hoofdweg naar de villa kan uitdagend zijn, zeker met koffers. Het pad is licht hellend en kan na een regenbui glibberig worden. Houd er dus rekening mee dat het dragen of rollen van koffers enige moeite kost – een van onze (nieuwe) koffers liep na vertrek zelfs lichte schade op.

Fantastisch!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Pondok Sebali Villa. Made en Renni zijn zo aardig en staan voor al je wensen klaar. Ieder ochtend een heel uitgebreid ontbijt die ze in je keuken die buiten is voor je klaar maken. Made kan je overal naar toe brengen en dagtochten met je maken

Het pad naar de villa is donker en smal, hou er rekening mee dat als het nat is het op een klein stukje een beetje glad kan zijn. Dit was voor ons echter geen probleem

- La gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes qui nous ont aidés pour les transports, les repas livrés à domicile, le service de laundry et l'organisation d'activités. Made et son épouse sont vraiment adorables et aux petits soins. - Le petit déjeuner préparé tous les matins à la villa à l'heure souhaitée, délicieux et copieux, avec des produits frais. - La villa magnifique et calme : trois belles chambres, chacune avec sa salle de bain privée, et une piscine parfaite pour se détendre. Un véritable havre de paix, à l'écart de l'agitation d'Ubud, que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

La villa est très confortable, avec une piscine privée dans un cadre calme et reposant. Les petits-déjeuners maison étaient excellents. Made et sa femme sont adorables : toujours disponibles, ils proposent de vous déposer ou venir vous chercher si vous ne souhaitez pas utiliser des applications VTC et peuvent aussi organiser des activités ou des massages directement à la villa

Un gecko s’est introduit dans la chambre, ce qui a été très difficile pour ma femme à cause de sa phobie. Made a tout de suite réagi en faisant nettoyer la chambre de fond en comble, ce qui a été très rassurant

Ein ruhiger, erholsamer Aufenthalt mit herzlichen Gastgebern – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Wir hatten mit unserer Familie eine rundum erholsame Zeit in dieser Villa. Die Lage ist ruhig und umgeben von Natur – genau das Richtige, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Trotzdem ist Ubud mit dem Roller oder Auto gut erreichbar. Die Villa selbst ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war ein tägliches Highlight – herrlich zum Abkühlen und Entspannen mit Blick ins Grüne. Was den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht hat, waren Reni und Made. Man merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Sie haben uns täglich mit einem leckeren Frühstück verwöhnt, bei Fragen und Herausforderungen immer schnell geholfen und sogar die Ausflüge und Fahrten für uns organisiert – alles ganz unkompliziert und herzlich! Wir haben uns nicht nur als Gäste, sondern richtig willkommen gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder nach Ubud kommen, ist für uns klar, wo wir übernachten :-)

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Villa war genauso, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet – alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und wunderschön eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Gastgeberfamilie, die uns jeden Morgen ein fantastisches Frühstück gezaubert hat. Bei allen Fragen und Anliegen standen sie uns sofort zur Seite – ob es um den Wäscheservice, tolle Restaurantempfehlungen oder spannende Ausflüge wie eine Quad- oder Rafting-Tour ging. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten viel Komfort. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Mit dem Roller ist man in etwa 25 Minuten in der Stadt, wo es zahlreiche Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten gibt. Für alle, die eine Auszeit vom Alltag suchen und trotzdem aktiv etwas erleben möchten, ist diese Villa die perfekte Wahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)
