De toegang tot het appartement verliep niet zoals in de mail die de eigenaar stuurde. Het gevraagde beddengoed en handdoeken waren niet beschikbaar bij aankomst wat vervelend was. Het appartement was heel erg koud. Het duurde 2 dagen om de elektrische verwarming goed te krijgen en de dekbedden waren veel te dun waardoor niemand goed geslapen heeft door de kou. Het rook vochtig in het appartement en er was ook vocht zichtbaar in de muren. Jammer, want voor die prijs kan je veel betere appartementen huren in Oostende.
