Staying in this beautiful and authentic Tbilisi house was truly one of the warmest experiences I’ve had while traveling. The location is absolutely perfect -just 1 minute from the metro, and only 5–6 minutes to the city center by metro, which made exploring Tbilisi incredibly easy and comfortable. The house itself is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. Everything feels cozy, stylish, and made with genuine care - from the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room to a separate working area with office supplies, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch. But what made this stay truly special was the wonderful hostess, Suzy - an incredibly warm, kind, and colorful woman who made me feel at home from the very first moment. Her hospitality and energy created such a welcoming atmosphere that I already know exactly where I’ll stay every time I come back to Tbilisi. Thank you for such a heartfelt and unforgettable experience -this place is a true gem.

Очень приятная хозяйка. Хорошо понимает русский,было удобно коммунцировать. Удобное расположение: рядом и магазины, и метро, и рестораны. В целом очень уютно и по цене адекватно. Апартаменты находятся в тихом дворике. Также оставили презент в качестве гостеприимства - бутылку вина. Всё удобства есть: стиральная машина, утюг, фен, постельное, полноценная кухня со всеми удобствами, сан узел.

Единственное что не понравилось - это отсутствие душевой кабины или ванны. Душ совмещен с туалетом и никак не перекрыт. Это видно и по фотографиям, так что с учётом остальных плюсов мы закрыли на это глаза. Также если вы выбираете апартаменты с красивым видом, то это не тот вариант. Но опять же: цена,удобства,местонахождение апартаментов это перекрывают. В любом случае вы сами сможете понаблюдать за всеми красотами Тбилиси вне апартаментов.

Very pleasant and easy to reach host. All the facilities are new and good. Good neighbourhood and all necessary shops in walk proximity. Subway also in walk proximity.

There was a construction site across the road, so it might be a bit noisy, but It was okay overall.

We had a very nice time here :) Newly renovated apartment, exactly as in the pictures. Equipped with everything you need. Super friendly owner who is easy to contact. Very close to the subway. Grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurant, wine shop all nearby. You can order food from all apps at this address. A very good place to stay in Tbilisi.
