В целом квартира хорошая. Есть все необходимое. Уютная кухня, наличие разнообразной посуды, балкончик. Удобное расположение. Рядом магазины, кафе, автобусная остановка и метро. До главной площади, моста Мира доходили пешком минут за 7.
Из минусов - старый кондиционер (охлаждает, но периодически начинает издавать стучащие звуки, видно нужно его подремонтировать, ночью это доставляет дискомфорт, приходилось выключать и открывать окна на шумную улицу), также окна квартиры выходят на проезжую часть, где постоянный шум машин, каждую ночь приезжает мусоровоз и минут 30 гремит под окнами, также под окнами расположен продуктовый магазин и рядом с ним очень часто собираются люди с бутылочкой, так сказать, и до глубокой ночи громко "ведут беседы". Если кого не смущает данный фактор, то рекомендую к размещению.

Everything went great; the apartment owner, Zurab, was always available and ready to help. The apartment is clean and very cozy, and the location is very convenient, within walking distance of the main attractions. We'll definitely stay here again next time.
