The Spieljochbahn ski area is only 5 minutes away by car and the ski bus can be reached on foot in just 3 minutes. The Zillertaler Thermalspa and outdoor pool Fügen are only 6 minutes away by car and the Harter forest playground is only 3 minutes away by car. This apartment is also ideally located for business travelers, as the A12 freeway is only 14 minutes away from the location. For children, the large asphalt front yard is ideal for playing, letting off steam and riding bikes. A garden table set for 6 people is ready for cozy evenings. The top equipped eat-in kitchen has a Tabs coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, microwave, large dishwasher, stove and much more.
