Come and discover this magnificent T2 apartment in the heart of Poitiers! As a couple, with friends or family, it's perfect for short stays. The apartment has been fully renovated and designed to offer you a comfortable stay. It's fully equipped, and we've thought of all your needs. Both romantic and convivial, it has been decorated and furnished with a charming blend of old and new. The apartment features a large, bright, open-plan living room divided into several areas: a cosy lounge with TV, a dining area for evening gatherings, and a semi-open, modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a special feature: it's also open to the rest of the home, but you can make it your own with sliding doors. This sleeping area includes a double bed, a desk and work area, as well as the refurbished bathroom. Newly renovated, spacious and conveniently located. All that's missing is you!
Access to the accommodation is completely autonomous, thanks to a "point relais" system in a tobacconist's shop opposite Poitiers train station. The relay point is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. - 7 days a week.
For late arrivals after 11pm, you will not be able to collect the keys from the relay point. In this case, an agent may come and welcome you on site, but you will be asked to pay an extra fee, in cash, to the person welcoming you. For hourly rates, please contact us.

You're in one of the city's most beautiful neighborhoods, the historic center of Poitiers.
You'll find plenty of shops nearby (grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, bars, etc.).
Poitiers train station is less than 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation, or 3 minutes by car. Parc du Futuroscope is about 15 min away by car.
Please note, however, that the historic center of Poitiers is entirely pedestrianized. You can park close to the property, at the Parking Notre Dame for example, or at the Place de la Liberté.
