Convenient and nice 15 minute walk to mvp arena. Has everything one really needs except a nearby grocery store within walking distance but plenty within a 10 minutes drive. Seemed relatively safe. Stayed three nights. Internet seemed to lag at times so maybe it's capped?

The local property managers were great. The location is close to everything we were doing. The neighborhood was a bit run down but the neighbors are very nice. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed to cook meals, etc. We would stay again, it’s ridiculously close to the Palace. A bit of a walk to MVP but easy- restaurants, stores and bars easy to walk to.

The apartment was clean and met all our expectations. The property manager communicated well, making the process seamless.

Street was a little less appealing than we expected I didn’t feel like I could let my 14 yr old walk out by himself. No real windows other than the main street window and I think it would have been too small for 5 people to stay. Host was great at communicating and apartment was clean and host had left everything you’d needed to be comfortable.
