Detached Provencal farmhouse type house with exposed beams of around 140 m2, with exceptional sea and hill views.
It is very sunny and offers a feeling of space as well as magnificent sunsets.
Ground floor: Sea view
Large living room, fireplace, central fitted kitchen + 1 wc
Floor: Sea view
3 bedrooms with double bed
1 bathroom with double washbasin, shower, double bath / jacuzzi
1 independent toilet and various easements
Outside:
Terrace with bbq - trampoline
enclosed garden, vehicle parking inside
Heated above-ground swimming pool (in season only July / August)
Pets welcome.
Trampoline available for children.
I can respond to any special request in terms of date and number of beds.
A deposit check of 1000€ (1500€ in July and August) will be requested upon your arrival (or any other means of deposit)
On the Cote-Bleue, known for its Oursinades and Fernandel, the small town of Carry le Rouet offers a place of natural relaxation, close to many major centers of interest.
You will find on Carry, beaches, cinema, gaming casino, diving club, sailing club, walking trails and hiking club, access to the hill, customs trail, mountain biking, paddle, tennis, skatepark, bmx, surfing, amusement park, boat rental, towed buoy, creek visit boat, protected marine reserve, karting.
You can also discover the unique Chèvres du Rove and its famous cheese "La Brousse du Rove" 5 km away.

We‘ve been staying at Steves with 6 people and there was more than enough space for us. The house is perfectly equipped and we loved the big open kitchen and the garden with the swimming pool and the nice view to the sea. It takes a 20-minute-walk to the harbour and center and to small city beaches. Steve is super nice and uncomplicated, check-in and -out and communication in between was easygoing 👍
