Enjoy this 1420 sqtft 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home. Newly remodeled ! Partially finished basement with 65" Roku TV, washer & dryer in laundry room and shop area room. Outdoor patio furniture, fire pit with plenty of wood to burn and new gas grill ! It's close to the downtown areas of Neenah and Menasha with lots of shopping restaurants bars and breweries. It's about 20minutes to Oshkosh or Appleton and 40 minutes South of Green Bay. Go Pack Go!

We had a great stay! The house is clean, spacious and very well stocked. It is an older house but kept in very good shape. The fireworks show in the town was amazing. There are also a few good fishing spots within a walking distance to the house.
