Very clean place, worked perfect for us and our grandchildren. Georgia was amazing to work with. My grandchildren had an amazing time at the house and the big dining room table worked great for us.

I will preface this by saying we did not reach out to the host for anything on the cons list. In large part they didn’t seem like things she could resolve during our visit and we didn’t want to make waves. Pros:Excellent communication with the host, Georgia seems lovelyThe house was cleanQuiet neighborhoodEasy check in processCons:The biggest one is that only half the house has AC. 2/4 bedrooms did not have any AC vents in them making them uncomfortably warm at night despite the ceiling fans, and no thermostat access, you have to text the host.Spotty WiFi coverage. In certain areas of the house the WiFi was non-existent. The house is advertised as having WiFi so it’s assumed it will be a stable reliable connection. The shower off the hall by the kitchen has a large patch in it with screws that are not sunk all the way. This is a safety issueMattresses are uncomfortable and the bed frames are very noisy anytime you move. Purple room is a queen frame with a full mattress and a piece of wood supporting the box spring. None of us slept well at all.Very limited cooking utensilsNo washcloths / body wash / bars of soap provided, we had to purchase these. Hand soap dispensers didn’t work and there were no clean sponges in the kitchen. Soaps and sponges purchased. No washer and dryer accessDrapes don’t block light well at allIt seems like a series of mediocre patch jobs over the years have led to where it is now. The AC thing was upsetting.
