About this chalet rental
Family, independent and comfortable chalet that can accommodate 7 people, located on a wooded plot of 400m² with balcony and large wooden terrace. 1 shed of 4 m² can be used to store bicycles, skis or other equipment... 3 vehicles can park without problem in front of the chalet.
The 100 m² chalet is organised as follows:
On the first floor:
- Large and warm kitchen of 22m² with its large farmhouse table (240 x 100) and benches, fully equipped with easy access to the terrace where it is good to live, eat and rest in the summer in the shade of the large beech tree. Gas plancha available.
- Laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer with storage cupboard serving:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed (140x190 and 90x190)
- 1 bathroom/WC with shower
Upstairs:
- 24 m² living room (dining table with extension + large sofa + seating area/TV) opening onto a balcony
- Mezzanine of 9m² constituting a play and rest area (1 mattress of 190x90, stuffed animals, cushions...)
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 x 190
- 1 bedroom with 1 pull-out bed so 2 beds of 90x190)
- 1 bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet
All bedrooms are equipped with storage (wall cupboards).
The chalet is equipped with:
- Dish towels, bath mats, mattress pads, duvets, bedspreads and pillows 65x65
Optional bed linen and towels on request
A Combelle baby high chair is at your disposal.
LOCATION:
The chalet is located in the town of Villard de Lans, on the Route de Bois Barbu, 5 minutes from the Nordic ski resort of the same name (many hiking and mountain biking departures), 7 minutes from the start of the downhill ski slopes (Côte 2000) and 5 minutes from the village and its many activities (swimming pool, tennis, ice rink, cinema, bowling...). Allow 15 to 20 minutes on foot from the chalet. Ideal location for all nature lovers.
Villard de Lans and its surroundings have exceptional facilities for the practice of many activities, whether in winter (alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, dog sledding, etc.) or in summer (tennis, horse riding, wave pool, roller skiing, summer sledging, mountain biking, hiking in the forest or at altitude, cave visits, caving, via ferrata, not to mention one of the most beautiful 18-hole mountain golf courses in Corrençon, 6 km away).
