Welcome to our home!!
This is a warm and cozy apartment of 65m2 on one level, on the first floor of a log chalet, which benefits from a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, not overlooked and with direct access to the outside through large French windows: large entrance with INFRARED SAUNA - fully equipped living room/kitchen - 3 independent bedrooms - Italian shower - separate toilet.
LOCATION
The chalet is located in the town of Villard de Lans, on the Route de Bois Barbu,...
- 5 minutes from the Nordic ski resort of the same name (many hiking and mountain biking departures),
- 7 minutes from the departure of the Côte 2000 dumpsters (the alpine ski resort),
- 5 minutes from the heart of the village and its many activities (swimming pool, tennis, ice rink...). Allow 15 to 20 minutes on foot from the chalet.
- 10 minutes from Méaudre: a smaller, family-friendly ski resort.
In Villard de Lans, you can come here in winter as well as in summer!!
To ski, walk, rest or discover the Vercors and the richness of its cultural heritage...
LAYOUT
The apartment consists of 5 rooms:
Three independent bedrooms:
- a bedroom with a double bed in 140x200
- a bedroom with a bunk bed in 90x190 (+possibility of adding a 3rd mattress in 90x190)
- a bedroom with - pull-out bed in 90x190 (convertible into a bed 180x190) + suspended bed in 90x190 (not recommended for children under 6 years old)
A living room/kitchen with equipped kitchen: pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, induction hob, hood, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher... and all the useful equipment in the mountains (raclette, pancakes, waffles, fondue, croque monsieur, etc...
A large entrance with a washing machine and a private INFRARED SAUNA at your disposal to enjoy a moment of relaxation after your hike or your day of skiing!!
Bathroom with large sink and walk-in shower.
Separate toilet. Cable TV in two rooms.
Outside, you benefit from a PRIVATE garden with a large picnic table and everything you need to hang out in front of the view (barbecue, deckchair, parasol, etc...)

- Sheets: 10€ /pers. whatever the duration (dry cleaning)
