About this house rental
Visto Do Atlantico is a beautifully presented, spacious and modern Town House situated on the very popular Colina Verde Complex in Carvoeiro. The house is well furnished and boasts large balconies and a private roof terrace. It is only a short distance from town where you will find a wide range of bars, coffee shops and fabulous restaurants. On entrance to this property you will find a large hallway leading through to the fully equipped modern Kitchen and the comfortable lounge with dining area. The Kitchen and Lounge open up onto a large Terrace which has a great view over the pool area. The Terrace has a Gas BBQ and Table and Chairs and it offers the perfect place to relax in the sunshine. The open plan lounge/dining area has comfortable seating for 4 people, wireless internet and air conditioning. The large patio doors give the room a real light and airy living area. There is a flat screen TV with and a wide selection of channels.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, it has everything you need for a self catering holiday and as it has access to the terrace it´s perfect for preparing meals for those summer BBQ´s.
From the hallway there is a marble staircase to the First Floor, large Master Bedroom with double bed and patio doors to a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. There is large en suite bathroom with Bath & shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and en suite shower room.
The roof terrace is accessed from the First floor, this is a fantastic space with beautiful views. It´s a great place for catching the sun and there is a outside shower to cool down in the summer months. The gated communal pool area was all re-done in 2016 with a new pool and surrounding grassed area, there are sun loungers provided and it´s only a 3 minute walk from the house so you can easily pop back for refreshments.
This house is under new ownership, it has always been very much enjoyed by guests over the years with many returning every year - people love how close it is for town and the privacy it offers as well as the space for 4 people. The spacious roof terrace is an added bonus.

We had an amazing week and would definitely go back. Very spacious with balcony off the kitchen, small balcony off main bedroom and an amazing roof terrace which we enjoyed for the evening sun when a little cooler. There was plenty of parking and a short walk to the restaurants/bars.

We couldn’t have been more delighted with our stay, the property was amazing and everything was perfect, the indoor space was great but the outside terraces were so good, the photos do not even do them justice. Thanks Emma, for suck a slick check in and departure process. We will 100% be back soon.

We have been coming to carvoeiro for a number of years and the location of this house is ideal for us. It may not suit some people with the steep hill up from the town, we just love being able to walk down and enjoy the restaurants and bars without having to get in the car. Emma the property manager was easily contactable and helpful.

Lovely well equipped house , very spacious and good location . Very good communication with host who went over and above to help us enjoy out holiday as we arrived when the power outrage affected Portugal Thank you
