Beautiful seafront apartment with stunning ocean views in Tabaiba, halfway between the south and the capital of the island, where you can enjoy a summer climate all year round. With capacity for 3 people, two spacious bedrooms, the main one with double bed, desk and incredible sea views and the second one with a single bed, both with ceiling fan. With a nice bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, Smart TV and exit to the terrace where you can have breakfast and relax while contemplating the beautiful ocean views. The property has all the comforts to make your holiday a unique stay.
Strategically located, it has a supermarket and restaurants a few steps from the house as the Salitre, the Focacha and Ayelén Pizzeria, and the wonderful natural saltwater pool of Tabaiba. It is also just a few minutes away from the beaches of Radazul and has a magnificent connection to the motorway for easy access to the rest of the island.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave, juicer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, bed linen and shower towels, cot and high chair, private parking, lift, and much more.
Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.
On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.
