Accueil par le propriétaire , très sympathique. Une vue panoramique exceptionnelle , la tranquillité , la proximité des plages , le confort, un appartement spacieux avec place de parking …proche de Candelaria, Santa Cruz et l’Anaga…

L'appartement est très bien situé, à une volée d'escaliers d'une piscine et de la plage. Il est équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour 4, une vraie cuisine, et les articles du quotidien (condiments, tablettes lave-vaisselle, gel douche, etc.). Parking privé en sous-sol (trop pratique, il est impossible de se garer sinon, et un véhicule est quasi indispensable si on souhaite bouger). Vue vraiment top. Chambre parentale avec vue mer également. Pas vraiment de points négatifs. L'absence de clim ne nous a pas gênés, il y a toujours eu du vent le soir pour rafraîchir (parfois beaucoup !)
Deux conseils : changer l'alèse plastifiée du lit double qui fait transpirer, et régler le problème d'odeur dans la salle de bains.
