About this villa rental
Villa Ines is a glamorous villa with pool and sea view in Mediterranean style, situated about 1.4 km from the most beautiful beaches of Southern Salento in Torre Pali and 3 km from the renowned "Maldives of Salento".
Inside It features a spacious living room/dining area with fireplace, dining table and sofas which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen gives access to the sleeping area, where a small corridor leads to 2 double bedrooms, one of which with an extra single bed, a further bedroom with a queen size bed (140 cm wide) and 3 bathrooms with shower.
Outside: on one side of the home there is a shady pergola area with sea view, comfortable stone made sofas and cushions, where you can watch the beautiful sunset while drinking aperitif. Close to the living room there is a large equipped patio with sea view equipped with garden furniture, dining table and sunbeds; Swimming pool with sunbeds and large lawn garden.
The price includes: water and electricity consumption (up to a maximum of 250 kWh per week; overconsumption charged at € 0.50 per kWh), the first supply of bed & bathroom linen (extra sets are available at an additional cost).
Not included and to be paid on site upon arrival: End-of-stay cleaning charged € 200.00 and tourist tax. Pets are not allowed. No smoking inside.
