About this house rental
his villa is a special artichetrual endeavor. Built in an octagonal shape embracing the mountain side, the principles of Feng Shui were embraced to design and build this villa. It boasts 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms over two stories. The master suite is separated on the top floor with its own viewing deck. The heart of the villa are the spacious living areas and the covered outdoor kitchen.

Denise, the host, was amazing. She was prompt with the house instructions/code, available for questions, and when we ran out of propane for the outdoor stove, was quick to ensure we had a replacement tank installed. The house is slightly worn but the layout was great. One central living room with a smart TV so our family could relax in the evening after going to beach/activities in the area and the beds are comfortable. The view from the deck is amazing and we spent many hours just enjoying the view and the pool. The house is located up a road from Soufriere so don't expect to just walk into town. There are several local food places in town (ALORE was our favorite) and the whole area felt very safe.

We spent a week over Christmas an NYE in this villa with amazing view of the Pitons. We arrived on X-mas day, the property manager was so kind to arrange a dinner prepared by a local chef to be dropped off. The view was definitely what attracted us most at this villa. The open concept construction allowed the strong winds to run through the house making it very noisy and hard to sleep at night - bring ear plugs if you can sleep with them in your ears. However, this wasn't the biggest issue - we encountered rodents! The host has addressed this right away and a partial refund was issued as an apology for the inconvenience. The villa is dated and could use some fixing up. Great location though!
