Beautiful restored Bungalow just West of the UofA and Banner Med Center and just North of downtown with charming decor and amenities. Big back porch with outdoor furniture for lounging. Full kitchen. Comfy living room with TV (Netflix, HBO, Disney).

Our host was responsive and very accommodating with allowing us to have a late checkout. Although this is a two bedroom, it is a very good use of space and felt very homely. The energy they have put into the unit shows in every detail. The exterior sitting areas, front and back, were perfect to relax and soak in the quiet neighbor hood. Being walking distance to UOA made it easy to visit our daughter while feeling at home.

Great house in a nice neighborhood. Nice back patio with well designed landscaping. Interior decor is very well done. Easy walk to fourth Street and tram.
