About this apartment rental

Resort style building includes reception, level access to the heated swimming pool* (heated for 6 months from October) and BBQ* beside the harbour, private jetty, communal entertaining area plus on site undercover parking* for one car. Just 7 minutes to the city by Ferry which is right outside the door and a 500m stroll to Blues Point Road dining and 1km to North Sydney station and CBD.
Please be sure to remove any tanning lotions, greasy creams or oils prior to getting into bed. These creams and lotions can mark, discolour and damage the linen irreparably and it is very expensive to replace and guests will be charged.
Full kitchen, totally equiped with gas oven and cooktop, microwave and everything you need.
Bathroom with easy access shower.
Parking* is in front and rear of building plus there is a 4 level undercover carpark. Spaces are not allocated, just choose where suits. Please provide registration details for boom-gate access.
Laundries are on all odd numbered levels, so best use level 15 unless in use.
$3 wash $3 dryer - takes $1 coins.
Dispose of garbage in the laundry rooms which are directly in front of the lifts and have the level number on the door.

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy along with the Pool* area and the BBQ* area. Parking* for one car is available at no extra charge.

Guests must adhere to all COVID19 restrictions and requirements. Please do not present yourself if you are COVID positive. Please advise if you are using the premises for isolation purposes. Guests are required to conduct themselves in the appropriate manner at all times to ensure the safety and well being of other occupants of the building.
The apartment is located in an exclusive area of Sydney, it is a quiet and tranquil apartment with very good neighbours. It is our humble home and we hope you will enjoy and respect it.

The Ferry wharf is only 100m, 2 minute walk. This will take you to Milsons Point, Luna Park then on to Circular Quay and the City Centre
