"Beach Please" (A-407) is located on the 4th floor of Building A in the Dunes of Panama Resort. Building A is located in a private setting overlooking the State Park on the far end of the resort. Building A is low-density with only 7 stories, 6 being actual units with only 9 units on each floor. Building A is primarily year-round residents and one of the smaller in the area adding to the private and easy access of the amenities in a wonderful family atmosphere. We are one of the few buildings/rentals offering pet-friendly (2 pets-25 lbs or less/owner approval).
The Master Bedroom features a wall of windows overlooking the gorgeous views with balcony access, a king-sized luxury bed, television, and private master bath. The 2nd bedroom hosts 2 - full size beds, television and adjacent hall full-bath. A fully equipped kitchen, dining, televisions in all rooms, ample seating, and free private wi-fi ensure the condo is a home away from home and the perfect affordable vacation leaving your worries behind!
Set in the most private building of the complex, building A sits adjacent to Rick Stelzer Park, a protected 4 acre public park and preserve. The large condo windows and balcony overlook the 1500 feet of private resort beach, adding to the quiet atmosphere of this unique condo.
No need to carry chairs to the beach each day, our stay includes two reserved complimentary beach chairs and umbrella in a single row of limited chairs, right on the beach! The resort features 3 pools overlooking 1500 ft of beach, onsite snack-bar and grille, picnic areas, pavilions, free outdoor grills poolside, a gym, tennis courts, basketball, 2 elevators, and many amenities providing something for everyone! The private gated entrance with security adds more peace of mind during your stay in Panama City Beach.
The slower-paced, more residential family-oriented Lower Grand Lagoon area of Panama City Beach offers the majority of locally owned dining establishments and a host of Florida's finest seafood restaurants. Here you will experience easy access to shopping and beach activities which include pontoon, jet ski and ferry rentals to Shell Island State Park, Dolphin sightseeing tours and sunset cruises. Golf some of the top courses or head for Goofy-Golf for family fun! An added excursion to the Pirate Ship is always a hit!

This condo was fantastic. We enjoyed everything about it. The beautiful decor, it was clean, well stocked and it felt like home. We were able to bring our 5 lb Yorkshire Terrier and she was so happy. Thank you Liz for taking care of our code issue. You were so sweet, understanding and kind. I felt like you have been a longtime family/friend. We can’t wait to return.Thank you again for everything from my family!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was cute, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The view was incredible and even better than the pictures. The pools and grounds were immaculate and not crowded. The beach was incredibly beautiful and the main reason to stay here! We saw dolphins in front of out condo twice. The building was older and showing some signs of age, but it was obvious there were constant repairs and improvements. One of the two elevators was not working. The wait for an elevator was still fairly reasonable, and they were actively working on the other one. We appreciate that the condo is pet friendly. The only sign an animal had ever been there was a small mat on the floor for food and water dishes. Security was good and not overbearing. It was mostly a family atmosphere. There were lots of people having fun and drinking cocktails, but there were zero loud parties or disruptive behavior. Thanks for a great stay!
