Flat on the first floor of a century-old building. This flat has a view on the pine trees and the sea. It consists of two bedrooms with a view of the pine trees and the typical seaside villas of Pornichet, a bathroom with shower and private toilet. The living room can accommodate 2 additional beds (sofa bed). It is equipped with a complete kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooking and serving equipment for 5 people. This accommodation is equipped with a washing machine. All rooms are air-conditioned and wifi is available throughout the flat. Access is via an outside staircase and offers an outside terrace common to this villa. A parking space is available as well as access to the spa-hammam, subject to availability, on request and with an extra charge.

Its asset, the view across the sea and the pines, the common terrace where it will be good to settle down for lunch or to meet with friends or family.

Pornichet is a dynamic family seaside resort which shares the same beach as its illustrious neighbour La Baule, it is known for its festive activity on the beach, its casino, its marina and its emblematic "Le Bidule" and its lively districts. The region is rich in heritage and visits, Guérande, the salt marshes, the regional park of Brière, Saint Nazaire and its shipbuilding activity, Le Croisic and the fishing ports. At the gateway to Brittany you are only a few dozen kilometres from the Gulf of Morbihan.
