Enjoy your vacation in Anchorage in this newly renovated, contemporary 2 bedroom 1 bath basement apartment with home theater and workout area. You will have your own private entrance to the downstairs of a 3 story home. This 1650 sft space is located on a safe, quiet, one acre lot on a neighborhood street. It boasts easy access to the Alaska Zoo and the Chugach State Park trail system. Moose and wildlife will occasionally frequent the property as do small birds to create a peaceful morning coffee scene.

Very nice accommodations located in quiet neighborhood with good access to Anchorage and beyond. Very clean and well maintained with lots of thoughtful extras provided. Host was very responsive to any communication. This was our first visit to Alaska and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Love the location, easy access to highways, groceries, and restaurants. Neighborhood clean and quiet. Coffee bar was very nice. Everything we needed for our stay in Anchorage.

I've never felt compelled to give a 5 star review as most VRBO's we've stayed at don't live up to that level, however this one does. This unit was very clean, kitchen was well equipped (not with cheap stuff) Appliances were higher end, Amy thought of everything from Bug and Bear repellent by the front door to blow dryer and curling iron. The shower was great with good pressure and soft water. The Bed was firm, comfortable, and no divots. They even thought of a spare HDMI cable hanging from the wall mounted TV for your own streaming device. We are Alaskans that moved south in retirement and travel back up to visit family a couple times each year. From now on, we'll look to see if Amy's place is available before booking anything.
