The property was as advertised. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a 5 minute walk to the bay and a 15 minute drive to Cape May and Wildwood. We had a lovely time there.

We checked in at the realty company, property manager just fine, we were a little early so we went to dinner then to the rental around 430p. The place was completely dirty and not been cleaned. Trash cans overflowing outside. Called the property manager of the realty co. He was completely rude, said he couldn’t find anyone to clean at that late hour and that he was leaving for the day. He was ready to leave us high and dry. Said he called the owner and told us we needed to work with them. I asked for their number, he wouldn’t give it,and hung up on me. I called back, I ask for another place to rent and was rudely told I don’t have any and hung up again. We waited over 1.5 hours and finally the property owner called. What a wonderful person he was to work with. He found someone to clean, called back a few times to confirm things were good and was very apologetic and was willing to travel 2 hours to clean himself if he was unable to. Thank goodness the property owners care and have integrity and stand by their rental. I would rent here again but NOT through a realty company.
