Renovated and PET FRIENDLY 2 bedroom 2 bath bayside cottage invoking the cool coastal charm that makes a vacation. Upon entering you’ll find a comfortable foyer with seating and hard surfaces floors that flow throughout, adding coziness and warmth. The living room features updated furniture, fireplace, and flat screen TV. The well equipped kitchen boasts butcher block counters, dishwasher, gas cooking, and retro inspired refrigerator, along with full size stacked washer and dryer. Outside guests will enjoy the grassy white picket fenced in rear yard with seating for relaxing and dining, including a fire pit and outdoor shower. Home is located only 2 block to the beaches of the Delaware Bay! Additional features include central air and off street parking. Please note the right hand driveway is for owner use, there is a separate cottage separated with a privacy fence. Pet fee of $125 per dog, 2 dog limit. Additional cleaning fee of $100 on all leases under 7 nights. There is a separate cottage on the property differentiated from the rental that is for owner use only and is sparingly used in season. Very clean home. Our little Yorkie Chase loved the fenced in yard. It had everything we needed for a very relaxing getaway. It was great having the grill and location was close to beaches, restaurants and brewery. The communication was great, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Look forward to returning.

We enjoyed this charming home, its very well updated with thoughtful care and ease. There is ample space to share with adults and kids. The yard is just a hidden gem; with the grill a great bonus. The location was perfect with access to the beach in a few minutes to walk amd enjoy nearby restaurants. Or a quick drive to West Cape May for more shopping, dining and beach access.

Adorable Home - Very Comfortable!! My 2 dogs felt right at home. Location perfect - just 15 mins from our activities with family in Cape May. Thanks Again!!
