The spacious living area, with floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the covered patio, is perfect for spending time together. The wood-burning fireplace provides cozy warmth on cooler days, while on warm evenings you can enjoy the Weber charcoal grill in the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped—ideal for cooking together at the large dining table.
**Sleeping**
Three bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds guarantee restful nights. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and barrier-free access—ideal for seniors or guests with limited mobility. Upstairs, you’ll find another double bedroom as well as a versatile room with two single beds that can be pushed together.
**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
On the upper floor, you’ll find the modern wellness bathroom with a sauna, shower, and bathtub—perfect for your personal downtime. An additional shower room on the first floor provides extra comfort, especially when the house is fully occupied.
