With 86 m² of space, up to 6 guests can enjoy plenty of room to relax in three bedrooms. The south-west-facing terrace is perfect for enjoyable barbecue evenings.

The first floor features a hallway with a coat closet, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washer/dryer, a combined living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen area, and a storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and much more.

The living area features a seating area with a large sofa, coffee table, and two armchairs. A flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and games provide entertainment.

On the upper floor is the in-house sauna, including a relaxation area, as well as a bathroom (hair dryer provided). There are also two bedrooms here: one equipped with a double bed, a wall-to-wall closet, and a 28-inch HD TV; the second with two twin beds and a wall closet.

In the attic, there is another bedroom with two twin beds, a closet, and a desk.

The southwestern-facing terrace area is equipped with six garden chairs, a garden table, and a charcoal grill.
