Perfect vacation rental for Downtown Austin & the Eastside! Entire 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo – an ideal escape for a weekend stay or guests enjoying Austin during the week!

The Space:
This condo is 1 of two 2 above a co-working office space. The condo is newly furnished, has a contemporary design and hardwood flooring throughout. It has everything you need to utilize the kitchen for a meal at home, lots of storage for your belongings and a washer and dryer. We also provide hangers, all linens/towels, soap, conditioner and body wash to make your trip as convenient as possible!
Guest Access:
Along with the beautiful new unit our guests have access to a shared outdoor courtyard area with an iron security gate for your privacy. There is a reserved parking spot near the entrance along with additional free parking along the street. Some of the closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies.
The Neighborhood:
Fantastic location! Just 3 blocks from the river for kayaking, with easy access to Rainey Street, 6th Street, and more. Whole Foods and many of Austin's top restaurants are nearby!
Getting Around:
We’re located just east of downtown, putting you close to all the ATX hot spots!
Downtown Austin - 0.6 miles
Rainey Street - 0.6 miles
Eastside Station - 0.6 miles
UT Campus - 3 miles
The Domain - 12 miles
Other Things to Note:
Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the House Rules, Emerald Stay Terms & Conditions, provide a copy of your ID and credit card details for incidentals and reason for visit via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions.
Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment.
HOUSE RULES:
- Occupancy [ 4 ]
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation.
- You may park in 1 of the gravel spaces near the entry gate.
- Please do not attempt to go out on roof top out of window.
- Please ensure you keep noise minimal as there is a workspace below and another unit to the side.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- There are security cameras on the exterior of the property. Please do not tamper with them.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
HVAC Rules:
Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.

The property was nicely located for exploring the Austin nightlife via Uber and Franklin's BBQ. It was also well maintained, clean, and private. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Great property for longer or even short stays. The team communicated with me every step of the way and was so incredibly helpful. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay near downtown.

This place was perfect for what we were looking for! It is a great location and very walkable to some great areas.
The only thing that needed assistance was the filtered water and the water in the shower took a while to get warm. Other than that it was a perfect place to stay!
